EnerVista 745 Setup 5.24

This version of the EnerVista 745 Setup introduces new modbus registers that use IEEE 754 single-precision float-point format for precise power meter readings. The scaling of the float-point format is not dependent on set-points for CT winding ratio, VT winding ratio, and Rated Load.
